- Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the applicable state.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
- Ability to travel within the branch or office coverage area (up to 50%).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds.
