As a Physical Therapist, youll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life. You will provide direct patient care, including evaluating functional needs and outcomes, and developing individualized plans based on assessment and progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, direct therapy assistants, and maintain accurate documentation. Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for physical therapy within the community.
- Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned coverage area
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance
