Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in a healthcare facility or relevant clinical setting.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance for travel as needed.
