As a Photo Editor, your primary responsibility will be to review, adjust, and categorize AI-generated photos according to detailed style guides. You will use your own Mac computer and preferred editing software to refine images, ensuring each one meets real-world photography standards for lighting, tone, and color balance. By applying your knowledge of photographic principles, you will help train AI systems to better understand visual nuances, ultimately contributing to advancements in AI-driven artistry.
This role is fully remote within the United States, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a talented team of creative professionals and project coordinators. - Enhance and review AI-generated images to ensure visual consistency and authenticity
- Collaborate with coordinators and reviewers to maintain high-quality standards
- Flexible schedule and part-time or full-time availability
- Review and edit AI-generated photographs based on provided style guides
- Adjust lighting, color balance, and exposure to match professional photography standards
- Identify and correct visual inconsistencies in images
- Tag and categorize images by style, such as portrait, editorial, lifestyle, and product photography
- Participate in online check-ins and collaborate with project coordinators and quality reviewers
- Maintain strict adherence to data quality and confidentiality policies throughout all tasks
- Complete a brief certification and onboarding process before starting production work
- Competitive hourly compensation of $15 USD for certified production work
- Payments processed securely via Wise or Payoneer

- Ownership of a MacBook or Mac computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM, running the latest macOS (preferably Tahoe v26; Sequoia is also supported)
- High-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds
- Familiarity with photo editing tools, such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software
- Portfolio showcasing previous photo editing or photography work (graphic design portfolios are not applicable)
- Ability to follow precise visual and technical instructions in English
- Demonstrated attention to detail and consistency in image editing tasks
- Valid U.S. phone number required for verification purposes
- Successful completion of certification and onboarding prior to commencing production work
- Enthusiastic about digital photography, editing, and advancing visual AI technology
- Experienced in using professional photo editing software
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Dedicated to maintaining high standards of data quality and confidentiality
- This is a remote-only position, and all work must be completed on your personal Mac computer in compliance with platform requirements
