Phone Screener - Summary
- Act as the first line of evaluation for candidates applying to home-services positions
- Utilize a structured screening guide to assess candidate fit during brief phone interviews

Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact candidates who have submitted applications for client job openings
- Conduct 10 to 15-minute structured phone interviews using provided question guides
- Take accurate notes during each call to capture candidate responses and impressions
- Evaluate and recommend candidates who align best with client requirements
- Forward top candidates to clients’ hiring managers for the next stage of the process
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule for availability to ensure timely screening of applicants
- Uphold high standards of candidate selectivity to maintain a forward rate above 20%
- Utilize HireAligned’s web dashboard to manage calls, access scripts, and submit notes efficiently
- Ensure professional and inclusive communication practices in all interactions
