- Shifts & Call: Full-time hours. Flexible call rotation discussed directly with the directorno rigid, burnt-out schedules here.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Youll work alongside leading CT surgeons and fellows on highly complex caseloads:
- Complex CVOR: High-volume adult CABG/valves, aortic dissections, and advanced Total Aortic Arch/Hemi-Arch work (Aortic Lines x4+).
- Advanced Support: Heavy ECMO (VA/VV initiation & management), Impella, IABP, and LVAD/RVAD insertions.
- Cutting-Edge Cases: Liver Transplants (VV Bypass), HIPEC, AngioVac, TAVR standbys, and cell saver/PRP.
- ABCP Certified (CCP) sharp new grads board-eligible within 1 year considered!
- Graduate of an accredited Perfusion program.
- Missouri license (or immediate eligibility to grab one).
- True clinical autonomy and a passion for high-stress, high-reward trauma cases.
