As a Perfusionist (CCP), you will join a well-established and expanding cardiac surgery team that supports five accomplished surgeons and manages a caseload of approximately 130-150 cases per year. Perfusionist (CCP) - Summary- Full-time Perfusionist (CCP) role supporting cardiac surgery and transplant programs
- Collaborate with a team of five surgeons on approximately 130-150 adult cardiac cases per year
- Participate in a diverse range of procedures, including CABGs, valve replacements, TAVRs, and liver transplants
- Opportunities for both new graduates and experienced Perfusionists (CCP)
- Operate heart-lung machines and other advanced perfusion technology during cardiovascular and transplant surgeries
- Monitor and manage extracorporeal circulation to maintain patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff in the operating room
- Prepare, test, and maintain perfusion equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Remain on-call as required and respond promptly to emergent cases within specified time frames
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities as supported by the organization

- Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or equivalent as defined by company policy
- Ability to work on-call and reside within 30 minutes of the hospital
