- Lead and manage PeopleSoft ERP implementation and upgrade projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project metrics, budgets, and progress to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
- Support program governance and strategic planning through detailed documentation and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and project teams, facilitating decision-making and issue resolution.

- Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling for PeopleSoft ERP initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with a focus on ERP systems and PeopleSoft implementation or upgrades.
- Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential required.
