PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant - Summary- Deliver advanced consultative and functional support for the CAPPS HR/Payroll module within PeopleSoft 9.2.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing and seamless ERP operations.
- Act as a functional leader for payroll configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with HR and Time & Labor teams.
- Provide operational support across the full payroll cycle, from calendar setup through confirmation and validation.
- Perform senior-level functional assistance for statewide ERP payroll operations using PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM.
- Provide day-to-day functional support for the payroll module, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Support all phases of the payroll cycle, including pay calendar setup, payroll confirmation, auditing, and post-confirmation validation.
- Maintain and enhance payroll configuration, reporting, and integration-related functionality for the organization.
- Partner with HR and Time & Labor teams to ensure process accuracy and compliance across ERP operations.

- Proven experience supporting the PeopleSoft HCM Payroll module, specifically version 9.2.
- Extensive knowledge of federal labor laws and payroll compliance requirements.
- Advanced skills in system configuration, including the use of App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.
- Deep understanding of security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for ERP systems.
