Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and automate financial aid processing within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions module, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all related workflows.
- Collaborate with financial aid, IT, and ERP teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement workflow automation solutions.
- Implement automation strategies that align with Institutional Methodology (IM) and institutional policies for aid awarding.
- Troubleshoot, test, and validate financial aid configurations and processes, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Configure item types, budgets, packaging plans, and award rules within PeopleSoft to optimize the financial aid process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial aid regulations, institutional methodologies, and best practices in higher education technology.
- Provide ongoing support and training to staff on PeopleSoft Financial Aid module features and automation tools.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, with strong expertise in the Financial Aid module.
