PeopleSoft Business Analyst (FSCM) - Summary
- Functional analyst role specializing in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2, with a primary focus on the Billing module implementation.
- Responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and configuring PeopleSoft systems to meet organizational objectives.
- Works closely with project teams, stakeholders, and technical personnel to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing modules, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process reengineering.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable system configurations.
- Execute and oversee end-to-end business process testing with converted data and third-party interface systems to ensure comprehensive system integration and data integrity.
- Document business processes, system configurations, and test results using advanced documentation tools such as Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across large teams using enterprise tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Contribute to training initiatives by developing training materials and supporting end-user instruction as needed.
- Participate in additional project tasks and support activities as required to meet project milestones and deadlines.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a functional business analyst with deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically in the Billing module.
- Proven track record of leading system integration and external interface testing efforts in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Teams for documentation and communication.
