PeopleSoft Business Analyst (FSCM) - Summary
- Key contributor to the implementation and integration of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, specializing in Accounts Receivable and Billing.
- Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analyses, and mapping data to legacy and third-party systems.
- Performs end-to-end system testing and integration activities to ensure seamless operation and functionality.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to ensure project objectives are met.
- Operates in a hybrid work environment with on-site presence in Austin, Texas, supporting public sector clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from a variety of stakeholders to ensure clear project objectives.
- Conduct detailed fit-gap analyses to identify and address discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities.
- Map data to and from legacy systems and third-party interfaces, ensuring integration accuracy and data integrity.
- Facilitate and document requirements meetings, ensuring thorough understanding and consensus among project teams.
- Oversee and participate in comprehensive system testing and user acceptance testing, validating that all business needs are met.
- Support system integration efforts, identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and document system processes and workflow improvements.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders on progress, roadblocks, and successes.
- Adapt to a hybrid work model, maintaining effective communication with remote and on-site team members.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a business analyst working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, with a specialization in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementation.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and documentation of business and system processes.
- Extensive experience in system testing, including planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
- Direct experience integrating PeopleSoft with legacy and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data mapping and workflow integration.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Excellent communication skills for facilitating meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
