The People Analytics Program Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing the people analytics transformation strategy within the organization. As the People Analytics Program Manager, you will champion change management strategies to ensure that new dashboards and analytics tools are adopted and utilized effectively across the organization. People Analytics Program Manager - Summary- Lead the execution, governance, and adoption of the people analytics roadmap
- Oversee program planning and delivery of analytics initiatives
- Drive change management and the effective use of BI dashboards and analytics tools

- Maintain and refine the people analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and tracking key milestones across various workstreams
- Oversee Jira workflows for reporting requests, ensuring timely delivery and transparent prioritization of tasks
- Develop and manage release management frameworks, including development, UAT, and production workflows
- Drive and implement change management strategies to ensure adoption and sustained usage of analytics tools and dashboards
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders, translating analytics insights into actionable business language

- 7-10 years of experience in program or project management within analytics, HR technology, or data environments
- Demonstrated experience in change management and enablement for BI or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong operational mindset and experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet or Asana
