Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex employee-related datasets to uncover trends, risks, and actionable opportunities
- Develop analytical models and perform in-depth analyses to support workforce planning and HR decision-making
- Provide analytics support across HR functions such as talent management, engagement, compensation, benefits, and recruitment
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations presenting key workforce metrics
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable reporting and analytics solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and deliver impactful analytical products
- Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests, refining business questions and delivering clear recommendations
- Support the development and rollout of self-service reporting tools for HR and business users
- Monitor and maintain data quality, establishing consistent reporting standards and definitions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance standards, and organizational policies
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting processes and enhance analytics efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, workforce analytics, or related data-focused roles
- Experience with HRIS platforms and workforce reporting systems
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze employee, talent, compensation, benefits, recruitment, or organizational data
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills
