People Analytics Advisor - Summary

- Develop and standardize analytics processes, ensuring adherence to governance protocols.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through analysis of large HR/EX datasets.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a similar data-driven role.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, as well as reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience with employee listening platforms and survey analytics (e.g., Qualtrics).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, and communicate insights effectively.
