Duties & Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to pelvic health patients in one-on-one, 60-minute sessions.
- Develop, track, and adjust individualized treatment plans, ensuring measurable patient progress and optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients with clarity and empathy to foster patient empowerment, safety, and understanding of their condition and care.
- Establish and nurture referral relationships with healthcare professionals such as OB/GYNs, urologists, primary care providers, midwives, and local coaches to drive patient growth and clinical reputation.
- Engage in community outreach activities, including leading educational workshops, presentations, and building strategic partnerships to increase clinic visibility.
- Contribute ideas for new services and programs, actively participating in shaping the clinic’s offerings to better serve community needs.
- Participate in hiring and mentoring new clinicians, providing guidance and upholding clinical standards for the team.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership on operational and business initiatives, gaining exposure to key growth levers and decision-making processes.
