- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current, valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and documentation standards.
