As a valued member of our pediatric primary care team, you will be responsible for managing a robust panel of pediatric patients, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Summary- Outpatient Pediatrician role focused on providing primary care to pediatric patients
- Emphasis on patient-centered care, prevention, and health education
- Collaborative, team-based healthcare environment
- Use of E-Clinical Works EMR for efficient, quality documentation
- Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families
- Provide outpatient primary care to children and adolescents, averaging 20 patients per day
- Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Allocate 15-20 minutes per patient to ensure quality care and comprehensive assessments
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, immunizations, and disease prevention
- Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule (with additional compensation)
- Take call one week per year as part of the provider rotation
- Document all patient interactions and clinical findings in the E-Clinical Works system
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives

- Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine-Pediatrics, or Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Florida
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics, IM-Peds, or Family Medicine preferred
- Consideration for non-boarded candidates with a valid Florida ACN license
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred
