Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) - Summary- Provide comprehensive pediatric care in both clinical and hospital-based settings.
- Blend of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities with manageable on-call requirements.
- Immediate start available with ongoing coverage needs.

- Conduct outpatient clinical visits Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Provide inpatient call coverage approximately 5-7 nights per month, typically aligned with clinical weeks.
- Perform pediatric procedures, including circumcisions, as required by the facility.
- Manage an average daily patient load of 16 during clinical hours.
- Respond to occasional pediatric calls during call shifts (average 0-2 calls per shift; call is rare).
- Collaborate with a dedicated registered nurse and utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient care management.
