Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) – Full-Time

The clinic is supported by a skilled staff including front desk professionals, a scheduler, certified medical assistants (CMA), advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNP), care coordinators, and fellow pediatricians, ensuring a collaborative and efficient care setting.

As a Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics), you will manage a patient volume of 25–30 patients daily, focusing on preventive and acute pediatric care. You will be responsible for comprehensive medical evaluations, developing care plans, performing routine checkups, administering vaccinations, and addressing parental concerns with empathy and professionalism. Our practice actively encourages professional development, offering continuing medical education (CME) days and a stipend, as well as opportunities for collaboration and mentorship within our experienced team of providers.
The role is well-suited for pediatricians who are board certified or board eligible in pediatrics and who possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Bilingual ability in Spanish is highly valued to best serve our patient demographic. Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) - Summary- Primary care position focused on pediatric patients in a high-quality outpatient clinic

- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence
- Conduct well-child visits, sports physicals, and routine immunizations
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and acute health concerns
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
- Participate in preventive health initiatives and patient education
- Collaborate with other pediatricians, ARNPs, CMAs, and support staff
- Base salary range: $215,000–$230,000, based on experience and board certification
- Annual bonus potential up to $10,000

- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited pediatric residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BC/BE preferred)
- Experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics also considered
- Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred
- Valid and unrestricted medical license
