As a Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) in Gainesville, FL, you will be responsible for managing a steady patient volume while working alongside skilled colleagues and a robust support team. You will be empowered to provide routine pediatric services, including well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, and preventive health education. Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) – Summary- Full-time Pediatrician position in Gainesville, FL
- Delivering primary care to pediatric patients in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment
- Collaborative team structure with board-certified physicians and dedicated support staff
- Practice focused on preventive care, wellness visits, immunizations, and patient education
- Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including well-child exams, acute and chronic illness management, and developmental screening
- Administer immunizations and perform sports and school physicals
- Educate patients and families on preventive health strategies, growth and development, and disease management
- Work collaboratively with the front desk, scheduler, certified medical assistant (CMA), and ARNP to ensure efficient patient flow and care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical best practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education (CME) to stay current in pediatric medicine
