The Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) role in Coconut Creek, FL, is a full-time position designed for a board-certified or board-eligible physician with a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care. The practice is supported by a full administrative and clinical team, including a front desk coordinator, scheduler, certified medical assistant (CMA), and an additional Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) present four days a week. Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide routine pediatric care including well-child visits, immunizations, and sports physicals.
- Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses and acute conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, CMAs, and ARNPs, to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and growth/development milestones.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional education, including CME activities.
- Foster a compassionate, family-friendly environment that encourages patient engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited pediatric residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BC/BE preferred).
- Eligible for medical licensure in Florida.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese required for effective patient and family communication.
- Experience in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine/pediatrics (IM/Peds) considered.
