We are seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) to join our established and respected pediatric medical group. Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) - Summary
- Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Work collaboratively as part of an experienced pediatric team
- Deliver routine services including physical exams, immunizations, and patient/family education
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and professional development
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct well-child and preventive care visits, including developmental screenings and immunizations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in pediatric patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team including certified medical assistants, ARNPs, coordinators, and other pediatricians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health systems
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding growth, development, nutrition, and preventive health
- Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives as needed
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 25-30 patients per day, with a focus on efficiency and quality of care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited pediatric residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BC/BE preferred)
- Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
- Experience in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics (FM or IM/Peds) considered an asset
