Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) – Full-Time in Boca Raton, FL
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) to join our established pediatric practice in Boca Raton, FL. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated physician eager to provide comprehensive pediatric primary care while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team. Our clinic is committed to delivering patient-centered care to children from infancy through adolescence, with an emphasis on preventive medicine, wellness education, and responsive treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
As a Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our young patients. You will be responsible for conducting well-child visits, performing immunizations, completing sports and school physicals, and diagnosing and managing a range of pediatric illnesses. You will also have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, guiding them through all stages of child development.

We believe in supporting our providers with the resources they need to deliver excellent care, including a robust support staff consisting of front desk personnel, schedulers, a certified medical assistant (CMA), and an advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) four times a week. Pediatrician (MD/DO, Pediatrics) - Summary- Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including preventive care, immunizations, and acute/chronic illness management.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Foster strong relationships with families and patients, offering education and support for each child’s unique needs.
- Conduct well-child examinations and routine check-ups for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Administer vaccinations and monitor immunization schedules.
- Diagnose and manage common and complex pediatric conditions.
- Perform and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Provide guidance on growth, development, nutrition, and behavioral health.
- Complete sports physicals and school-required health assessments.
- Collaborate with the care team, including front desk, CMA, and ARNP.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards.

- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited pediatric residency.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics (BC/BE preferred).

- Proficiency in Portuguese (required).
- FM or IM/Peds background considered.
