- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BC/BE preferred)
- FM or IM/Peds backgrounds considered
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate pediatric care
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Experienced in or enthusiastic about working in a busy pediatric primary care setting
- Comfortable managing a patient volume of 25–30 patients per day
- Passionate about preventive medicine and patient education
