Pediatrician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time, permanent Pediatrician (MD/DO) role in San Rafael, CA
- Outpatient primary care setting focused on pediatric patients (ages 0-18)
- Supportive FQHC environment with NPs and PAs on staff
- No weekend or call requirements
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients in a primary care outpatient setting
- Conduct routine well-child exams, acute care visits, immunizations, and preventative screenings
- Diagnose, treat, and manage common and complex pediatric medical conditions
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate care, particularly for Spanish-speaking families
- Work autonomously when needed, while also supporting team-based care
- Competitive salary based on experience (range: $240,000–$250,000 per year)
