Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT, OTR/L) – Full-Time

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT, OTR/L) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional goals and family priorities
- Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize functional independence and participation in daily activities
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers, providing education, consultation, and support
- Provide intervention in various environments, including the clinic, home, school, and playground
- Document and monitor progress, adjusting treatment as needed to ensure continuous improvement
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share insights
- Promote a family-centered approach in all patient interactions

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current NBCOT certification (OTR/L)
- Eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong interest or experience in pediatric occupational therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
