Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients aged 0-18
- Manage patient volume of 12-16 visits per day, ensuring quality care and efficient workflow
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and chronic condition management
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with legal requirements
- Provide culturally sensitive care, with a preference for bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates
- Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
