Pediatric Neurologist (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with neurological disorders, including seizures, epilepsy, neuromuscular diseases, developmental disorders, and headaches
- Develop individualized care and treatment plans in collaboration with other physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Interpret neuroimaging studies, EEGs, and other diagnostic tests
- Educate patients and families about neurological conditions, treatment options, and ongoing care requirements
- Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and educational activities to stay abreast of the latest advances in pediatric neurology
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with applicable medical standards
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe, evidence-based clinical environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Neurology
- Valid medical license to practice (or eligibility to obtain) in MI
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric neurological disorders and treatments
