As a Pediatric Cardiothoracic Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of pediatric patients within the cardiothoracic intensive care unit (CTICU). The NP, P-ACNP will conduct thorough physical assessments, establish diagnoses, formulate and implement care plans, and continuously evaluate patient progress. Your expertise will be essential in acute resuscitation scenarios, ongoing multidisciplinary care, critical care consultations, and transitional care planning. You will also provide psychosocial support and health education to patients and their families, ensuring holistic and patient-centered care during their stay in the critical care setting.

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric critical care settings (PICU, NICU, or CTICU)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor (AHA) certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical situations in pediatric cardiac surgery
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experienced Pediatric Cardiothoracic Nurse Practitioner (NP, P-ACNP) with a passion for critical care
- Strong background in pediatric cardiac, intensive, or neonatal intensive care units
