The Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric ACNP) plays a critical role in the Pediatric Cardiac Program within our advanced cardiac surgery intensive care unit (CICU). As a Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner within the CICU, you will collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care to pediatric cardiac patients. The role involves performing advanced clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and providing education and support to families. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and contribute to the ongoing development of our pediatric cardiac program. - Previous experience in pediatric acute care or cardiac intensive care strongly preferred
