PC Technician - Summary

As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT hardware, from order fulfillment and imaging new devices to asset tracking and quality control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a solid understanding of IT asset management systems. You will be entrusted with fulfilling IT hardware orders, imaging new PCs for deployment, maintaining accurate records in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and ensuring that all IT assets are accounted for and properly managed. Your contributions will directly support the smooth operation of the organization's technology infrastructure and enhance overall productivity.
