Payroll Tax Specialist - Summary
- Manage payroll tax compliance activities for a large, multi-state workforce.

- Partner with payroll, HR, accounting, and IT departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Maintain audit readiness and support year-end tax and payroll reporting requirements.

- 5+ years of payroll processing experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.
- Direct experience with multi-state payroll tax filings at federal, state, and local levels.
- Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong familiarity with payroll tax notices, reconciliations, and year-end reporting.
- In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, including FLSA, wage and hour compliance, garnishments, and payroll tax requirements.
- Excellent skills in Excel, data analysis, organization, and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
