Patient Services Representative (PSR) - Summary- Front-line administrative healthcare position ensuring a positive patient experience
- Responsible for patient interactions, check-ins, and check-outs
- Manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient inquiries
- Maintain electronic health records and assist with provider correspondence
- Full-time role based in Beverly Hills, CA with a focus on team collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient interactions in person and via phone
- Facilitate patient check-in and check-out, verifying demographic and insurance information, collecting co-pays, and issuing receipts
- Schedule patient appointments, manage registration, and process referrals and authorizations for a variety of insurance plans
- Maintain and update accurate patient records within CS-Link/Epic electronic systems

- Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
