Patient Services Representative (PSR) - Summary

- Schedule patient appointments, manage registration, and process referrals and authorizations for a variety of insurance plans
- Maintain and update accurate patient records within CS-Link/Epic electronic systems
- Assist with correspondence between patients and healthcare providers as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mandatory flu vaccination with no exemptions or declinations
- Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in medical insurance processing, referral management, and benefit plan knowledge
- Strong ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Experience working with electronic health record systems preferred
