Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Service Representative (San Francisco, CA):
Engage with patients in a welcoming manner, managing check-in and registration processes efficiently.
Ensure accurate and complete verification of patient documentation.
Operate within an electronic medical records (EMR) system to maintain patient information.
Provide exceptional customer service, overseeing various administrative tasks.
Temporary assignment from 9/16 to 10/31, with potential extension to 11/8. Flexible shift options available: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM.
Required Skills for Patient Service Representative (San Francisco, CA):
Proven experience in a patient service representative role.
Strong background in a medical or healthcare setting.
Proficiency with EMR systems.
Ability to work onsite and adapt to a temporary assignment.
