Patient Service Representative - Summary
- Serves as the initial point of contact for all patient interactions, both in person and over the phone

- Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details using systems such as CS-Link and Epic
- Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and process referrals and authorizations
- Escalate patient concerns or issues to appropriate personnel as needed
- Follow detailed oral and written instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance
