- Minimum 5 years of acute care RN experience (adult critical care, med-surg, or ED preferred)
- At least 3 years of leadership or patient safety/risk management experience
- Strong skills in chart review, clinical assessment, and safety event investigation
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (Master’s preferred)
- ASHRM Certification (CPHRM) preferred
