Patient Care Supervisor RN - Summary- Leadership role supervising clinical nursing teams within a surgical patient care unit

- Coordinate daily staff assignments and workflows to promote patient flow efficiency and high-quality outcomes

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; exceptions apply for RNs hired prior to 2/2012. RNs hired after 2/2012 with an Associate Degree must complete BSN within 5 years.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), as applicable to unit
- Certification in nursing specialty area required within two years of hire or promotion
- Minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience; prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire nursing teams in a fast-paced surgical care environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to upholding high standards of patient safety, quality, and service excellence
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in managing complex clinical scenarios and competing priorities
- Motivated to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards is required
