- Notify payers of patient admissions and outpatient encounters as required to meet authorization and notification deadlines.
- Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to validate patient and insurance data, supporting financial clearance and reimbursement accuracy.
- Assist in minimizing delays and denials by ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle or a related healthcare field, with at least one year focused on Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EPIC electronic health record system.
- Strong understanding of how the Revenue Cycle impacts financial outcomes.
