The ability to commit to a minimum of two weeks per month is essential for this assignment. The Pathologist, Locum Tenens role requires a minimum onsite commitment of two weeks per month, with 24-hour on-call coverage as scheduled. This ensures continuity of care and expert review of complex cases, vital to the cancer center's operations. On-call duties are performed remotely from your lodging, as there is no dedicated call room. While the focus remains on diagnostic responsibilities, there are no anticipated procedural or surgical duties outside of pathology review. Additionally, there are no requirements for managing advanced practice providers or maintaining DEA or BLS certifications for this position.
