The Parts Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring seamless operations within the parts and service departments of Stark Tech, a recognized leader in facilities and energy solutions. This position is vital to the support of service technicians in the Stark Equipment division by ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of service parts requests across assigned business entities and geographic regions.
In this capacity, the Parts Coordinator maintains organized inventory records, works closely with suppliers to guarantee parts availability, and collaborates with both service and sales teams to optimize operational efficiency. The role demands an individual who brings a proactive approach to inventory management and a commitment to operational excellence. The ability to track and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail is essential, as is strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

- High School Diploma required
- Two (2) years of experience in parts and/or service field
- Strong motivation and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern handheld devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Generator systems knowledge preferred, but not required
