Duties & Responsibilities
- Independently manage the contract process, working directly with attorneys to oversee all stages from drafting to execution.
- Draft, review, and make informed decisions on contract language and provisions to protect organizational interests.
- Maintain and optimize organizational workflows for contract management, ensuring documents are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with legal and sourcing teams to ensure all contracts meet internal and external compliance standards.
- Support the ongoing training of staff in contract management software and related systems, including platforms similar to Salesforce.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with contracts in a large corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and review precise contractual language independently.

- Experience collaborating with sourcing, legal, or related operational departments.
- Proficiency with contract management systems; prior experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable.
