Paralegal - Summary
- Serve as a vital member of the legal department, supporting commercial transactions and contract management.
- Work closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders to facilitate contract review, drafting, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies throughout all processes.
- Participate in special projects and legal research as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and organize commercial agreements, including vendor, service, supply, licensing, and confidentiality agreements.
- Assist attorneys in managing all stages of the contract lifecycle, from intake and review to negotiation support and final execution.
- Maintain and update contract templates, playbooks, and legal resources to ensure compliance with key terms and deadlines.
- Conduct legal and business research on commercial and regulatory topics to support transactional matters.
- Coordinate with internal business partners to gather information, assist with due diligence, and support special projects.
- Organize and track contract data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably with a focus on commercial transactions or contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
- Paralegal Certificate is strongly preferred and may enhance candidacy.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
