Pain Management Physician (PM&R, Pain Medicine) – Summary
- Full-time position for a Pain Management Physician specializing in PM&R and Pain Medicine.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Perform advanced minimally invasive procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation.
- Utilize EMR (ECW) for thorough and accurate patient documentation.
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, NPs, and PAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding pain management strategies and procedural options.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all medical, ethical, and legal standards of practice.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Pain Medicine.
- Completion of an accredited pain medicine fellowship (or in process).
- Active state medical license and DEA registration or willingness to transfer credentials as needed.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Strong clinical skills in advanced minimally invasive procedures for spine and pain management.
