Our multidisciplinary team of anesthesiology and pain specialists is seeking a dedicated Pain Management Physician to join our established practice. As a Pain Management Physician, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients experiencing chronic and acute pain disorders. Our group is committed to utilizing a comprehensive, evidence-based approach—including interventional procedures and medication management—to help our patients achieve improved quality of life and functional restoration. Pain Management Physician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for chronic and acute pain conditions
- Utilize interventional procedures and medication management in accordance with current pain medicine standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including anesthesiologists, CRNAs, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Manage a diverse patient population, including those with post-surgical pain, neuropathic conditions, fibromyalgia, spinal disorders, headaches/migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, and more
- Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and outcomes in the electronic health record in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement, continuing medical education (CME), and professional development activities
- Contribute to the group’s mission of rehabilitating patients toward productive, independent lifestyles

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited residency program
- Board certification or board eligibility in pain medicine (chronic pain)
- Fellowship training in pain medicine strongly preferred; new graduates and fellows are welcome to apply
- Residency in anesthesiology preferred; will also consider candidates from PMR backgrounds if board certified in pain medicine
- Commitment to multidisciplinary, evidence-based patient care
- Excellent communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills
