Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and manage search campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring optimal keyword selection, effective ad copy, accurate tracking, and strategic budget control.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through bid adjustments, keyword expansion, negative keyword strategies, and A/B testing techniques to drive improved performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign platforms to identify bid opportunities, assess creative performance, and proactively address delivery or performance issues.
- Develop and present pacing and performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.
- Work closely with team members across other paid media channels to ensure alignment and integration of cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Create and refine bid rule strategies at the campaign, ad group, and keyword levels to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform best practices, new tools, and optimization strategies relevant to paid search and digital advertising.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and experience with SA360 (Search Ads 360) is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and data visualization capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in campaign execution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to team objectives and providing clear recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cross-channel marketing strategies and willingness to stay current with industry trends.
