The PACS Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) infrastructure for a leading healthcare organization specializing in radiology and medical imaging services. This position is integral to the seamless operation and transition of the organization's imaging platforms, ensuring that patient image management and diagnostic workflows remain uninterrupted and optimized. As a PACS Analyst, you will provide technical expertise, application support, and collaboration with both clinical and IT teams to facilitate a successful migration to advanced cloud-based imaging solutions.
In this PACS Analyst position, you will work closely with radiologists, clinicians, IT professionals, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Sectra PACS system. Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on support during a critical migration from Change Healthcare/Optum to a Sectra cloud-based imaging environment. By leveraging your experience with healthcare applications and familiarity with radiology or cardiology PACS systems, you will ensure that all stakeholders experience a smooth transition with minimal disruption to clinical operations.
