- Ensures bags and boxes are filled, weighed, sealed, and labeled correctly.
- Maintains compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
- Works collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Fill bags or boxes with the designated product according to production requirements.
- Weigh each filled package using an electronic scale to ensure accuracy, with products weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Seal bags using stitching or heat sealing equipment, verifying the integrity of each seal before releasing for shipment.
- Stamp or label each package with the correct lot code for tracking and quality control purposes.
- Physically transfer filled and sealed packages to pallets for storage or transportation.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Perform routine quality checks on packaging materials and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the work area to ensure a tidy and organized space.
