The Packaging Operator plays a crucial role in the efficient and safe packaging of bottles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to the preparation and packaging of bottled products, including labeling, stacking, palletizing, and maintaining quality standards in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Packaging Operator ensures that all bottles and cases are accurately labeled and organized, contributing to the overall productivity and smooth workflow of the facility. Successful Packaging Operators are those who are attentive to detail, able to follow precise guidelines, and are comfortable with repetitive tasks that require accuracy and efficiency. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is considered a valuable asset and can contribute to a more seamless transition into the role.

In this position, you will be expected to manage physical tasks such as lifting bottles or cases that may weigh up to 50 pounds, organizing items on pallets, and ensuring proper stacking for transportation or storage. Your understanding of the Lot system and packaging manufacturing profiles (MFIG) will be key to maintaining product traceability and quality control throughout the packaging process. The Packaging Operator works collaboratively with other members of the production team and is expected to perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall production goals.
