Outside Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize sales opportunities
- Actively prospect, network, and engage with potential clients to introduce Team Gski’s products and solutions
- Launch and promote new products, creating market awareness and generating demand
- Manage a pipeline of prospects through the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team and company goals
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and Team Gski
- Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms to track activities, manage leads, and report on progress
- Provide industry insights and consultative expertise to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor

- Competitive base salary with a range of $48,000–$62,000, commensurate with experience
